Can I add money without linking my bank account. I don't feel safe having my bank account linked to a site I am not suer is secure. I had not used my account for a long time. I could not rremember my login or password. All I had to do was enter my name and phone # . I was then allowed to enter a new password and given access to my account. Anyone who knew my name and phone # could have done the same and got access to my account. Whats up with that
PayPal is secure however, if you have your doubts, then perhaps another service would be better for your needs. They do have additional security like personal questions and you should always use a strong password, i.e., minimum of 12 characters using a mix of upper case, lower case, numbers and special characters.
