Hi all, I have been a member for years. I had never heard of a fee to a basic member. He was charged $4.95 to send $150.00USD within the US. Is this an "email transfer"? I found a schedule of fees for such but no instructions at all. 2.9% plus .30 per transaction?
If I'm right, all he needed to do was open a basic (standard?) account and then send money to avoid that fee? My acct being premier of course costs me to receive money from sales. Are all accounts fee based now or did he just get dinged because he didn't open an account first?
I must say I was shocked and amazed when he insisted that he paid that fee. Please, someone advise me as to why the fee and what would his best move have been to skip the fee. He'll never be a regular user, needs only the minimum.
