When I print a shipping label via PayPal for a USPS flat rate envelope PayPal says it's cheaper than the USPS website says it is. For instance, PayPal says the small flat rate box is $4.75 when USPS says it's $4.95 or $10.20 for the medium instead of $10.70. I don't want my packages returned and I can't seem to up the price. Is there some sort of discount?
