I purchased an item on eBay and the seller realized he made a mistake so he refunded my "buy it Now" payment immediately. The refund has been "Pending" in my account for several days now and still doesn't show up in my balance. I assume because it shows up in my History as "Pending" the refund was actually made. Why is PayPal sitting on it and not putting it in my account so I can make another purchase? I have had to pass up two great deals because the money isn't available.
