Why is there such a problem making a shipping label with UPS. It seems to revolve around the 9 digit Zip code. UPS demands it and Paypal doesn't accept in profile. Both editing procedures seem poor.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
