I was refunded by a seller & it isnt showing up in my account. I clicked on the detais & still... Nothing... It just says paid. Thats all... I need my refund asap.
If the seller refunded the payment, the payment status in your PayPal account should say "Refunded". Contact the seller again... explain the situation.
If that contact doesn't result in a satisfactory resolution, login to your PayPal account, click on the "Resolution Center" tab and open a dispute.
