So on the 15th of december i bought an item on ebay for around $200. the day after, Dec 16th, i was issued a refund bc of shipping issues. It is now the 21st and the return is still pending. The return says Status:Completed but my paypal balance is still at $0.00 i dont get it. I was already charged for the item but why is it taking so long to get my money?
