What is taking so long ?

Why do I have to wait so long to receive my money in PayPal account when the money has already been taken out of my bank account ? I can not use the money from the bank account because it is not there , also I can not use the money from my PayPal account because it is not there either . Would it be faster or can I set up a way where I can give my account number and the funds will be there automatically ? It is very discouraging when you can not even spend your own money .

I'm having a similar problem and I have no idea what's going on.

I tried transferring some money from my bank account on the 26th and it's not in my PayPal account still on the 30th. Even the details of the transfer said it would be complete on the 30th but I still haven't received my money which I really need to purchase something.
