I just signed up for PayPal and only linked it to my credit card. I am not about to link it with my bank account info., nor do I want a PayPal credit card. Will being unverfied affect my buying or anything?
Yes. Policies are policies, as you choose what you want to do or not, you cannot blame PayPay for any restrictions on your account. It's no different as to simply driving your own speed and ignoring the posted limits, you choose your own destiny.
