I just bought something on ebay and was looking at my receipt. It says I now have an unconfirmed address. I know how this happened but do not know how to change it.
The other day I logged on ebay and it popped up a thing saying they changed my address from RT to RR. I confirmed the change and nothing else was said or done. Now I see that I am unconfirmed. How do I get it to confirm? I've been a paypal member for many, many years but somewhat confused. Any ideas? Thanks ahead of time!
I just had the same thing happen to me and I'm a power seller. Never noticed before that it was unconfirmed. I don't even see a link on PayPal to resolve this. Whenver my buyers show up as unconfirmed I email them to make sure PayPal has the correct address. Most of the time it does.
