. Unclaimed/unverified Do I get to new verified email address?

Hi!  I purchased an item, paid with paypal.  it shows 'unclaimed".  The selle's email address is unverified.  I contacted Seller.  They apologized. they are new to payal and said they now have an email addrees verified with PayPal.  But it is different than the one I sent the payment to.     Do i cancel the payment (it gives me a place to do that).  How do I then pay by payPal to the OTHER verified email?

Yes, cancel the first one.

If the payment was sent to an email address that is not registered or incorrect, then the sender can cancel it from the transaction details otherwise, if the transaction remains unclaimed for 30 days, it will be returned to the sender.

Ask the seller to send you a Request for Money or an email Invoice.
