I'm confused on how they charge UPS to your account... 1st it's pending, and it looks like they have removed the funds?? If you go to TAKE THE MONEYS OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT IT'S OVER DRAWED THEN.. THEN THEY REVERSE THE MONEYS... BUT IT STILL LOOKS LIKE THEY HAVE ALREADY TOOK OUT THE UPS FEES. THEN THERE'S EXPIRED, WHAT DOES EXPIRED MEAN? Did MY PACKAGE GET THERE>>> HOW CAN IT BE EXPIRED???ARE THE FEES TOOK OUT OR WHAT??? THEN THERE COMPLETE SO YOU KNOW THOUGH FEES ARE OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT. Why is it so confusing? when it shows they took that money out it should be out?? I don't get it
