I couldn't have said it better. I agree. It's mystifying. I doubt anybody who works for PayPal ever reads these postings, but just in case someone does, an answer would be appreciated. I was $140 in the hole this month and didn't even know it. The money comes back eventually, but it's still disconcerting.
I could not agree more. Can never figure out how much in my Paypal account belongs to me regarding billing for UPS shipments. It's ridiculous.....Frank
