I have two questions regarding the Paypal Payments Pro.
1.) Is there any fees assoicated with giving someone a refund? I have seen some merchant accounts that charge the same fees as if I was charging. Does the pro account have similar fees?
2.) I seen that they have some fraud protection. Is this similar to what paypal offers ebay sellers, etc? Does it protect against charge back - what is in the fine details of the protection?
