Transfering money from my bank account

Hello, I'm a newcomer here in PayPal and, I must admit to my shame, a few things are still unclear to me.

Could anyone please give me exact, detailed instructions on how I can transfer money from my bank account to my PayPal account?

To add funds from your bank account click on the "Add Funds" link from your PayPal Account Overview page.

When I log in, I am directed right away to My Account Overview page. However, the problem is where I can find ''Add Funds'' -option. Profile? Must I add a separate bank account in my home country, transfer money from my other bank account, then add funds? Being a newcomer, I'm not surprised if I have misunderstood something.

Or is it about changing subscriptions?
