The use of the comma in paypal subscription

Hi,

I have a service that I will be paying for through paypal.

The seller of the subscription has sent me a link that read $225,00 USD for what we agreed on.

I agreed to $225.00 monthly.

I believe they are located somewhere in europe.

My question is: Does the comma change anything? It could not be a charge of $2,250 or $22,500 ??

Thanks in advance for your time,

SP

It's what you actually see on the PayPal Screens that counts.  You should see the info there without having to complete the transaction.

Hi and thank you,

What I see EXACTLY in the subscription is this:

$225,00 USD for each month, for 12 installments $225,00 USD

???

Interesting, suggest not going through with this particular Subscription as you may encounter some unexpected results.  Suggest contacting the seller as they need to correct their code,

Thank you.

I was told thats because they are somewhere in the west(Europe, India) and that paypal uses the comma there?

Where can I get a definitive answer??

Thanks again.
