Sponsor Ads

When I sign-off, I see a page full of ads from various companies.  I assume these are all "sponsor ads".  Need information how much these ads cost, who to contact, etc., etc.

Amanda: Thanks for your response.  That helped but I still need additional information.  When I log off my PayPal acct, PayPal shopping page shows up and you can see company logos and/or their name along with an image of their product such as Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Sears, etc., with 2 - 3 line description of their product  There is a red box "shop now" and when you click on this red button, the link shows: https:www.paypal-promo.com/adsense and takes the viewer to that specific company site.  I am trying find information how I can list my store name, logo on this page.
