I use pay pal here and there. Tonight I used it to buy a beach wedding dress. I am not all that sure about the website...if it was safe. I figured using pay pal is safe right? They said it didnt go through...and I looked on paypal and there was no activity there either. They mentioned for me to pay another way. Is this some kind of scam?
It possible that the seller may not have their PayPal Account setup properly and/or their item button code may not be coded properly. As for a scam, who would know for sure, one solution is to simply move on and fnd find another vendor. Note, PayPal works but, just because someone uses PayPal does not guarantee 100% security.
