Ensure that you have properly linked your PayPal Account to your eBay Account, else you won't see anything record of the transaction in your PayPal Account. Did you use the right email address to link the accounts? Also ensure that you have verified your PayPal Account, else this will cause other issues as the funds from the transaction will not appear in your PayPal Account.
