As far as I know, you can't do it. They need to sign up for their own Paypal account in order to receive the funds. How fast do they need the funds? Here's another option that has worked in the past. If they have a checking account and their bank is in your city, all you need is their acct number and just take the cash to their bank, fill out a deposit slip and let the clerk know its going to a branch that's out of city ir state. As long as its cash and before 2:00pm they willl get the money the same day.
