I was scammed 155USD for an iPhone but recieved a battery.
He shipped to the wrong address but I knew the owners of the address, so I picked it up from them and never signed.
The transaction happened via a forum website so there was no formal contract like eBay.
I lost dispute escalation because of that but forgot to add extra information

Can the dispute possibly re-opened after all of this?
Not really, if the dispute was closed, it is closed.
