Same transaction I always use through ebay is not working

When I went to pay for a transaction it wouldnt charge my credit card like it has always done. It says to use a dfferent card. There is money in the account to pay for my items. What can i do about this?

Login to your PayPal account and click on the "View Limits" link to see what limits you have and for instructions on how to lift the limits.

Do you have a paypal balance.  If so you have to use it first or transfer it to your bank account
