Bought an ebay item, the flaws were never mentioned in the description, who is liable for return shipping? Buyer or seller.
I'd appreciate anyone can help or had similar experience.
eBay encourages these thieves to sell fraudulently listed items and the buyer is stuck on paying to return it. So much for eBay's buyers protection
Return shipping is up the the seller's policy. Some sellers will pay, others will not. There is no mandatory requirement as who is responsible.
