I reported a pfish mail to paypal and now I am a security risk, cannot use my credit card as a funding source. They did not admit to this being the reason but believe me, everything is in order with my account and the account of the person I want to send money to for the 5th time. Or maybe being Mexican is a black mark on my profile?
