Remaining monthly limit as been stuck for 3 months!!!!!!!!!

My remaining monthly limit has been the same for three months. If I'm not mistaken it's supposed to reset every month back to $500 is you haven't lifted the limits which I haven't. What should I do?

I'm having this same problem! My Monthly Limit does NOT reset without the help of the Paypal staff.. which takes a few days for them to get to. Can someone please help us with this? PLEASE?!

Yeah me too, my account has been stuck at  0$ for three months, i need to be able to take money out
