I won a bid on eBay and the item was not as described. It was obviously broken before it was shipped as plastic was missing. Soon as I opened the box I seen it was broken and shipped it back the same day. I was angry as the seller wasted my time by sending me a obsessively broken part. The seller gave me a refund, but I also wanted the money I had to pay to ship the item back to the seller, as it was their fault the item was not as described. The seller gave me back my $9.25 I paid to ship the item back. However, PayPal charged me for the refund on shipping and I only got $8.68. I am still out $.57 and I don't think it's right. Who should pay the $.57?
