Hello, i bought a service online for $3.97 and refunded it because i realised i didn't need it. So the service says they refunded my money but the money is missing. Here are some details about the story.
-I used a $50 prepaid card to buy the service
-I was not logged into paypal at the time when i was buying the service (I was asked if i wanted but i bought it without logging in :(.)
