Properly Removed Credit Card on File, PayPal Still Detects It When Added to Another PayPal Account?
I have followed the instructions and properly removed my credit card on file; however, when I add the removed card to another PayPal (created a new one with a new eBay), it still says that there a credit card just like the one I had removed on file still. Does this update take a total of twenty four hours? I really need to pay for an item on eBay. I also would like to tell you that I have no other PayPal account that is linked to this card in any way, shape, or form, so I have to ask - how can this be? Can you please remove my credit card off of your files? Thank you.
