Print a generic shipping label...can I?

Is it possible to print a shipping label for a generic person (family) when they aren't an actual buyer/customer?  I've gone to USPS.com and there is no way to print a Media type label from their site, but PayPal has that ability.   I can't find anything at PayPal, even in the Help files that tells me how to just pay for and print a generic label.  Thanks.

Unfortunately we normally don't deal with impatient posters.  Your post will simply be ignored.   The folks who support this forum are mostly volunteers, we are not PayPal employees nor are we paid for our time.  

As for you question, there are no features or options for printing generic labels through your PayPal Account.
