Prepaid Debit Card to pay ?

can i use any prepaid debit card as long as it has a visa symbol on it to use to pay with paypal

you are able to use a prepaid debit card. they work just the same. over the years i have used about 6 of them on paypal. though be warned. it is hard to get a refund onto it. in fact i think it won't work to get a refund at all.

Do you know if a prepaid credit card (visa) and a prepaid debit card are one in the same?  Thanks.
