I have pending charges because the vendor was unable to authorize my credit card as my billing address was not up to date. I've gone to my credit card site and updated my address and the changes will take effect with in the next 48 hours. My question is, will the vendor automatically be able to process my charge or is there a way I can cancel the pending charges and resubmit the order? Thank you for any help.
