I sent an item to my costumer by DHL (tracking number 3130643364). The item was delivered and Paypal refund the costumer because he putted a non received claim???
Call and ask for your case to be appealed then provide the fax number. You may want to fax it multiple times (at least 3) to ensure it is received and processed.
