I now realize from talking to the paypal service agents that they hold and could take up to an addtional 4-5 days once my bank has processed and paid the funds. My bank just told me that they transferred the funds 2 days ago and then posted it to my account as paid. Paypal claims they still have not received funds and say that the funds go to their bank and then their bank has to hold it and clear it again and then paypal will process it for payment. There by adding an additional 4-5 days on top of the whole process.
