Same thing happened to me last night. It's frustrating because you feel like someone has stolen your hard earned money. Makes you think that the ebay store you bought from is just a graphical farce and you got conned. I'm disappointed to see that this topic has no replies, as I think it's quite important. Whereas you've got a whole bunch of correspondence around idiotic questions the user could figure out if they had just read the instructions when creating the account. I would appreciate it if someone could help out. In the mean time I'm going to try to get a human being on the phone. Wish me luck.
