Im new to pay pal and recently sold something on craigslist and the buyer payed me via paypal. I got an email saying that a payment to my account was received but it shows a zero balance. I need the funds to be able to ship the product in a timely matter. Why if an instant payment was received is it still showing the zero balance????
There are many emails that look like they are from Paypal but they are actually SCAM emails that try to get you to ship the item while your PP balance shows zero.
