I sold and item that has been paid for by the buyer, RECEIVED by the buyer, and after 21 days, the payment has STILL not been released to me. The buyers do not understand how to leave feedback, even though I have tried to explain. When can I possibly expect to receive my $1,000 payment?!?!??!? This is NOT a small transaction! I mean really - COME ON PAYPAL! I can't find anywhere that I can contact ANYONE to give me a real answer!
