Payment Status Reversed

Hello,

 

I've encountered a problem I've never came accross before and was hoping for some help how to resolve.

 

I received 2 payments on the 17th of Dec., then went to transfer the funds to my bank account this morning. Then later today I found I have 2 open disputes about the transfers to my bank account and was reversed. I'm not sure what caused this as both payment received from the person was verified when they submitted payment on the 17th. How do I resolve this issues ??
