Payment Holds and closing account

I want to close my  Paypal account, but my money for Ebay sales is scattered into the following Paypal categories

1. An available balance  $16.38
2. A Pending balance   $235.97
3. A rolling reserve  $48.38
4. Payment Holds  $187.59

I want access to all my money when I close the account!!

Im furious with Paypal for holding my money. 

If I was an high risk seller, Id understand, but that is not the case!

• I have been an ebay and Paypal member for 5+ years.
• I have a 100% feeback score & never had a return/chargeback/dispute
• I am not selling in a high risk category

It upsets me that I have to beg the buyer to leave positive feedback on my account. just so Paypal can release my money to me....  Ive emailed the buyer at least  4 times to request positive feedback, however ot all buyers leave feedback - Happy or Not!  Sorry needed to vent.

So what happens to my money when I close my account?  Thanks

PayPal can hold the funds for up to 180 days.

Just think of all the interest money they make by holding peoples money. Ahhhh must be nice, kinda like the Us Gov
