When creating the store widget, the more items I add, the slower the web page gets. Until it is impossibly slow to create. 6 items is the most i've been able to add before it slows down to a crawl.
If you are referring to the PayPal Labs Widgets, these are "beta" projects and not supported through the normal channels. You would have to contact the folks at PayPal Labs.
If you are referring to generating the basic item button code using the online button creator from within your PayPal Account. The code created there is just a simple HTML Form. If your page or pages are loading slow, the cause would be something other than item button code.
