PayPal claimed to send 12 payments to Skype from my bank account totaling $130 and caused me $360 in overdraft fees and I NEVER AUTHORIZED THE PAYMENTS. PayPal took one day to tell me that they "investigated" and the payments WERE authorized and they won't protect my money as promised and have not refunded me. Skype says they never even got the payments. This has happened to other people too! Google it!
All I am asking is that PayPal refund my money ! It went somewhere but nobody knows where. I always TRUSTED PAYPAL!!! I have been with them since they began!!!! I never expected they would brush me off when a hacker took my money, they promised to cover me if this happened! I am disappointed.
I live on $600 a month, Im disabled, and have a son. After they took $130 my bank charged me $360 in overdraft fees and now I cant pay bills and have to tell my son we have no money for food!
Isnt there ANYONE out there who can help me?
