You are not the only one. In less than 12 hours, I've talked with 3 people at Paypal - and each one has told me that what the others have said is not true. They have royalled messed me up, telling me a payment I had scheduled was *not* scheduled and that I must send another immediately (which I did) and now they tell me that they cannot stop the second one (which will be a duplicate of the one I sent). I was told I have to cancel it online -- problem is, there isn't a way to do that any more.
