I have been unable to recover a password for an account setup ages ago. I have tried every means made available and sort of end up in a loop, but with no password recovery. So, I setup a new account, my customer cancelled first payment and submitted again and I got a message that that payment posted to the old account and I needed to login. Back to same problem. I try calling and cannot get through to a person. I am beyond frustrated, can anyone help?
