I have recently tried to make a purchase on E-Bay but I keep getting a message of INSUFFICIENT FUNDS, when I log on to PayPal mi credit balance is on 0. Why? if I don't owe anything?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
