Does PayPal offer a one-time use credit card number service to help combat recursive billings from shady companies?
Yes, PayPal does have a One-Time Use Credit Card Number via their PayPal Plugin. HOWEVER, use with caution! If you use this for something that is supposed to be a recurring charge, it can and WILL go through. I know, I've had this happen several times when I've generated one for use for Virgin Mobile USA.
