I recently set up an email alert service and give a free trial of 10 days away to anyone who wants to try it... When people subscribe I have no way of knowing without checking my paypal account and going through that days activity... Is there a way to set up notifications for new subscribers even when they haven't been charged yet?
When someone signs up for a Subscription, even if it includes a free trial, you should be getting an email notification as well as the same details showing in your Account Transaction History. Suggest opening a Support Ticket here to document your issue. The Techs can tell you if this is current new known issue or something else.
