I can't make instant bank transfers at all, so i try to send a payment through use of my ATM Debit card but when i click Send Money i get a message saying:
Sorry — your last action could not be completed

I get no e-mail, the transaction didnt happen, and i try and repeat the process and same thing keeps happening.
