Non-eBay Shipping

Can I use my PayPal account to create and pay for shipping labels that have nothing to do with eBay?

I've used it for all my eBay shipping by clicking on "print shipping label" when I made a sale, but can I also make random non-eBay labels?

Yes, check out the Multi-Order shipping feature that's available from within your Account.  You can generate 1 lable or multiple labels.
