I was trying to transfer all of the money in my bank account to paypal, and I overestimated the amount of money that I had in the bank. The fund transfer was cancelled, however my bank still charged me $29. Paypal told me in an e-mail that it was going to attempt the fund transfer again in 3 days, however I obviously DO NOT want this to happen, as it will cost me another $29 to accomplish nothing. How can I cancel the transfer that is going to happen in 3 days?
