I want to know if I can ship items to customers without my real name on the shipping label, and maybe my business name instead? Also, does anyone know the least expensive way to ship light small envelope size items?

You need to have a PayPal Business Account.  Then you can use your Business Name.

As for you you shipping questions, suggest going to the USPS web site and do some research.   All of their shipping costs are listed.
