Multiorder shipping not importing all transactions

I have like 75+ orders that I can see in my paypal history from the last 30 days. All US orders, and only a few (7 or so) are importing, what gives?

Disable pop up blockers on internet explorer or mozilla, or whatever your browser is. Go to tools/add-ons for this.
Also, enable javascript.
1-Login, Click "Contact Us", Click "Customer Service Center"
This is the number to reach paypal...I think if you just keep choosing the 0 option on the recording you get a person.

It wouldn't accept the paypal phone number and converted it to text in my last email. here it is again.
